I am a native Oregonian, born and raised here in the Willamette Valley. I grew up just outside Corvallis and moved to the Eugene/Springfield area to attend the University of Oregon, where I graduated with a bachelor`s degree in business and sociology. Go Ducks! I loved the Eugene area so much that I decided to stay and put down roots – it is an amazing place to live!
I have been a real estate broker since 2013 but have been in the industry since 2005 working previously as a title and escrow assistant. As a result, I am very familiar with the closing process and procedures, how to read and understand title reports and documents, and all that it takes behind the scenes to get a transaction to the finish line. I love making my clients happy! Handing someone the keys to their new home brings me so much joy and satisfaction. I pride myself on my excellent communication skills and seek to make every transaction as stress-free as possible. I enjoy getting to know people and am honored when my clients choose to put their trust in me.
Being a part of a community and helping where you can is something that was instilled in me growing up and is really important to me. We all lead extraordinarily busy lives in this modern world, but finding time to give back and be involved is something we should all try to do. Most recently I have spent time working at a local non-profit as a skills coach to foster care children, helping in classrooms and at fundraising events for my kids’ schools, and being a KidSports soccer coach. As a member of the Million Dollar Club of Lane County, we are always trying to raise money and awareness for local charities as well, including Food for Lane County and Habitat for Humanity.
When I’m not working, I enjoy down time and adventures with my family and friends. I love hiking and camping, bike rides, listening to live music, and hosting backyard barbecues. As a family, we spend a lot of time at kids’ school and sporting events, working in the yard and visiting our beach cabin in Yachats. I have spent the last several years learning to become a better gardener – cooking, canning and preserving the food I grow and pick brings me so much joy!
