My #1 goal is to help EVERYONE make WISE real estate decisions. I’m currently the CEO and Team Leader of The Operative Group at REAL Broker in Lane & Douglas Counties. With over a dozen highly specialized agents, we cover all facets of real estate including relocation, probate, downsizing, luxury, new construction, farms and ranches, first-time homebuyers, manufactured homes, and small to large investment properties.
I’ve had a diverse career that includes designing/building luxury construction, marketing consulting, high-production brokerage operations, real estate technology, and real estate investment asset management. This vast experience provides my clients with unparalleled real estate advisory.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Advertising from Kent State University, and I’m a certified probate real estate specialist, real estate negotiation expert, and investment property specialist. I’m co-owner of three investment holding companies and Liftoff Agent, the #1 Positioning Agency in Real Estate.
In my spare time, I’m the co-host of the real estate podcast, RE vs TECH which has interviewed over 200+ top agents, coaches, executives, and real estate influencers. I am a participating speaker and active member of the Rental Owners Association, Oregon Real Estate Investors Association, and What’s Next For Real Estate.
I currently reside in the Thurston Hills with my wonderful wife and two growing boys. We enjoy traveling the great PNW, spending time with family, taking our Rhodesian Ridgeback Maple on hikes, and giving back to our local community!
