Neal Benson and Alyse Stone are enormously proud to represent ICON Real Estate Group. They moved to Eugene from Florida in 2006 for a new adventure and to escape the heat and humidity. It was truly the best decision they ever made. Oregon is home for them now!

Neal’s career spans more than 25 years in the banking and financial services industry, He has assisted and advised clients in successful personal and business decisions and learned to understand the impact of those decisions on the lives of you and your family. Alyse has spent over 35 years working with individuals with barriers to success. She knows how to assist all types of people in challenging situations. She is an educator, an advisor, a case manager and, most of all, an advocate for her customers and clients.
One of Neal’s passions is long distance running. He has completed 14 full marathons and over 100 half marathons. Long distance running requires preparation and planning for a successful outcome. He has also coached runners from their first steps to completing a marathon. The home buying process is no different. Having a coach to guide you is essential to a successful transaction. Both Neal and Alyse are detail oriented and will deliver a perfect plan that meets your family’s needs.
Their other passion is visiting the many wineries in the area. They write a winery blog detailing the “experience of tasting wine at its source.” Once your real estate adventure is complete, they invite you to join them for a visit to some of their favorite spots.
